Ocean Sands Condominium is located in Madeira Beach, Florida. Madeira Beach is on a barrier island between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

We are approximately 40 minutes Southwest of Tampa and 30 minutes West of downtown St. Petersburg.

Tampa International Airport and Clearwater St.Petersburg Airport are a short drive.

There are many fine restaurants and shopping areas located within a short drive.

Ocean Sands consists of two twelve story buildings housing eighty privately owned units in each building. There is a large heated pool and spa directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
